The room itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed on the second level. The property's location was perfect and stunning, willing to get a taxi to bring you there from the airport: D

Flawless venue, incredible location close enough to good restaurants, and Riad Mirage after a very good recommendatio, appreciated our stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious with pastries, crepes, fresh orange juice, and the team was extremely friendly and kept the space clean. The room we had was nicely decorated and decent size with clean bathroom, very nice toiletries and air con. Marvellous service was provided here. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and provided a great start to the day. Despite a few minor issues, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this riad for a memorable stay in Marrakesh. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Delicious dinner food.
1. Despite all communications prior to arrival being in English, the only English speaking staff member only worked in the evening/night, resulting in much confusion and difficulties in his absence (I.E. most of the time). 2. We could not pay by credit card and were required to go out to an ATM at night. 3. Miscommunication regarding our checkout time. 4. Incorrect booking details - was recorded as 3 individuals travelling, not a couple. We had booked the Soliel Suite but were given a different room, however charged the cost of the suite. 5. We stayed two separate nights and were given the suite on the second night, but it was made up with 3 single beds, not one double/queen bed as we requested.

Very central and very stylishly decorated.
The Riad had a massage service in the house, which I used. This was good but the marble floor outside the massage area was wet due to a heavy downpour of rain and I slipped and cracked my head. The owner was not too affected by it. There was no apology and a friend had to go down to the kitchen to ask one of the staff for some ice. My head was very sore and a large lump appeared. I felt it spoiled my stay there. It could have been more serious and the owner needs to keep the floor dry. Her argument was to blame the masseur for oiling my feet. But other guests also complained of slipping on the marble floor. Monique herself also told me how she had fallen there! Well she ought to sort out the problem. I would not recommend this Riad for this very reason

the location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet area close to the Jemma El fna, the main square. This made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were excellent, providing attentive service and ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were also great, with good basic amenities and a clean bathroom with a good shower. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a continental selection that included local products to cater to our dietary needs, along with a good cup of machine-made coffee.
Everything was great, without a single flaw.

The hotel was a great value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in an alley close to the main square within the Medina was perfect for exploring the city. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms, especially those on the second level, were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast, consisting of local products and a continental spread, was delicious and the machine-made coffee was a nice touch.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and did not require any improvements.

The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the main square, down a quiet alley that allows for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations and assisting with taxi arrangements, like the one to the airport. The room is clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom and nice amenities like free wifi and air conditioning.
The breakfast offerings were lacking, with simple options like pancakes and crepes, and there were problems with ants in the room.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Marrakesh. the hotel offered excellent value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the convenient location within the Medina. The hotel was tucked away on a quiet alley, yet just a short walk from the lively Jemma El Fna square. The staff were attentive and provided great service, ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms on the second level were comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and good showers. We also appreciated the breakfast options, which included a Continental spread with fresh local products. The coffee, both machine-made and local, was of good quality and a great way to start the day.
Everything was satisfactory and I have no complaints.

We had a great stay in this hotel located very near the main square and close to several alleys away from the main road. The breakfast was tasty and prepared with love, with a different menu every day. The staff was extremely gentle, welcoming, and accommodating to our requests. The hotel facilities were always clean, including the rooms, pool, and chill-out area on the rooftop. Additionally, the hotel's location was very good, as it was close to all the attractions in the area.
Nothing is perfect in any hotel or city, but we couldn't find any negatives to mention during our stay.
